Sorry, Altitude... I can’t cancel Comcast and switch back to Directv, because Directv screwed us over with their overall pricing, and Comcast gave us a sweet bundle and better internet. I’ll keep streaming the games on other sites until you renew your contract.

@comcastcares After having googled this, it seems this is deliberate, and NOT a glitch. People talk about this in the Xfinity forums going back YEARS. This is really cementing my husband’s argument to cancel altogether & get internet elsewhere plus Sling TV.

.@comcastcares ever since I got a new modem my internet goes out 3 or 4 times a day for about 1 minute. Is there anything you can look into to see what the issue is. This has been since July. Im at my wits end now.

@AltitudeTV @DIRECTV HEY @comcast @Xfinity! I was a loyal @DIRECTV customer for years and just recently went back to cable. Guess what, I’m making a call tomorrow to you know who. Get a deal done otherwise I’M OUT and don’t even with any cancellation fees.

@KonkyTalks @comcastcares The worst part is Xfinity won't come out to fix the lines in our communication room till the HOA signs an agreement to only have Xfinity internet service in the entire building. Long story short, I feel your pain. I can't imagine having to go through all that again.

@KonkyTalks @comcastcares They keyword is right there. "Up to" means they can deliver jack ****, and it wont be against your service agreement. The whole system is built upon milking the consumer dry, and not giving them options :c
