  Tried to call @ATT for a credit for the time our service was down. Instead the rep tried to upsell me a new (more expensive) level of service. He wouldn't shut up when I said I just wanted to deal with the credit.

  @ATT So I have AT and T uverse and I am happy with it except when it comes to support / repairs . I live in an area that the exterior boxes hang on tel poles . The one across from my house is about to fall down . Can’t get ATT to repair it after multiple attempts .

  @ATT your terrible internet 5g, has not been showing on my phone in Manhattan for the past two weeks, half a day.Dont make people guess when the 5g will be provided.There are many other providers.

  You might want to reconsider using @att for your home internet service. Our service got knocked out by storm damage 5 days ago. Everything has been restored except our internet. No idea how long it will take to get it back on. They give no way to report lines down.
